By accessing or using the Jisey application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jisey is an events discovery and listing platform that allows users to find events in their city and enables organisers to promote their events. The Service includes the mobile application, web application, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information in your profile.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

By posting content (events, promotions, images, text) on Jisey, you:

Retain ownership of your content.
Grant Jisey a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
Confirm that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Event Listings

Event organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details (date, time, venue, pricing).
Jisey does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of any listed event.
Jisey is not a ticketing platform and is not responsible for ticket sales, refunds, or event cancellations.
Events must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

6. Promotions & Credits

Credits are a virtual currency used within the platform for promotion features.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Promotions are subject to review and may be rejected if they violate our content guidelines.
Jisey reserves the right to modify the credit system, pricing, and promotion features at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or our systems.
Use automated means to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
Impersonate another person or entity.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

Jisey employs a role-based moderation system. We reserve the right to:

Review, approve, or reject event listings and promotions.
Remove content that violates these Terms.
Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.
Modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Jisey does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Jisey is not responsible for any interactions between users, including but not limited to event attendance, transactions, or disputes between event organisers and attendees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jisey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Jisey may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
